Trap Stats vs No Bird Scoring
Both replace the Excel trap league with scoring on a phone and standings that keep themselves. The big differences are how you pay and how you get started: Trap Stats posts its prices and has a free plan you sign up for yourself. No Bird Scoring quotes each club, and you start by asking for a quote.

When Trap Stats fits better
- You want to try it on a real league night before spending anything. The free plan has no time limit and no card.
- Your scorers still use paper. Keep the sheet, take a photo, check the numbers, save.
- You want dues paid by card into the club's own account, and waivers signed on members' phones.
- You'd rather know the price up front. $0, $20 or $45 a month, and that's the price.
When No Bird Scoring fits better
- Your club runs skeet, sporting clays or 5-stand leagues as well as trap. Trap Stats is trap only.
- You want someone to set it up with you, with paid launch help and training sessions.
- You run a desk on league night with duty volunteers and night fees.
